At the end of 2020, 10 companies were offered assistance with new loans amounting to 3,514.3 million pesos, among which the following stand out:

A new loan was approved for a logistics project located in the State of Mexico for up to 1,000 million pesos to finance the construction of a Fuel Storage and Distribution Terminal to improve the national hydrocarbon storage infrastructure.
A credit for 300 million pesos was granted for working capital and letters of credit to a business group developing infrastructure and logistics. This group is participating in the Bancomext Prime Program seeking to obtain its Certification in order to institutionalize its decision-making process through corporate governance, seeking in the future to issue debt or equity in the Mexican Stock Exchange.

To mitigate the effects of the health crisis that prevails today, 14 companies were offered assistance in the rescheduling and/or restructuring of various amortizations for an amount of 2,527 million pesos. This group of companies has credit lines for 7,594.40 million pesos.

The 2020 portfolio indicators for this sector were as follows:

The sector generated the largest contribution in the flow of resources from Corporate Banking, with 40,638 million pesos, representing 29.9% of total first-tier portfolio placement. This sector presented an increase of 37.1% when compared to December 2019, which amounted to 29,640 million pesos.
The portfolio balance for the sector amounted to 13,675 million pesos.
The sector portfolio generated a contribution to the financial margin plus commissions of 372 million pesos, with an increase of 17.5% when compared to the same period of the previous year, which amounted to 317 million pesos.
The number of companies that benefited was 38 for the period.
