Prime Certification

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prime Certification Program (PROGRAM) did not stop, reporting, at the end of 2020, a significant advance by certifying 11 companies granted financing for more than 1,700 million pesos, to be part of an ecosystem seeking to encourage companies to implement the best corporate practices and engage in the Stock Market.

In addition to the above, in 2020, the following was achieved:

Incorporation into the Prime Ecosystem of Nacional Financiera and the Institutional Stock Exchange, with the purpose of expanding financing, and access to the stock market, to more Mexican companies.
As part of the program’s promotion and dissemination activities, two webinars were organized, the first one with the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) and the second one with the National College of Independent Professional Business Advisers (CNCPIE).
Incorporation of 8 new firms, reaching a total of 33 firms registered in the program.

Derived from the COVID -19 pandemic, efforts were focused on serving the current portfolio and on the operation of recently implemented products for their consolidation, leaving pending the development of new schemes and products, such as Innovation Financing, Factoring at Maturity, Molds and Tools, among others.
