Company-wide Guarantee

Bancomext, aligned with the strategies of the federal government and with the support of private banking, made the business guarantee product available as an instrument to share credit risk in support of medium-sized companies.

The 2020 year-end results are as follows:

Six banks were incorporated into the program, plus 3 in the process of incorporation and one prospect, thus arriving at ten active banks in the program.
10 operations with different Financial Intermediaries were reviewed, among which the following stand out:

1 in analysis for 90 MDP.
4 rejected prospects for 1,000 MDP.
5 operations canceled by banks for 1,370 MDP.

Santander and Bancomext have identified business opportunities to deepen the Program regarding the Bancomext Guarantee as an ECA Export Credit Agency under OECD’s consensus.
