The Human Resources and Quality Directorate executed the 2020 Training Plan with the purpose of promoting and strengthening knowledge topics of institutional interest and managerial skills derived from the implementation of the various government programs that require the involvement and participation of the Bancomext public servants. Likewise, an analysis was carried out of the training needs indicated by the various areas of the Institution for this year, while following the austerity measures issued by the Presidency of the Republic, with the following general results:
Additionally, nine collaborators were supported with educational credits to pursue master's, bachelor's or degree studies.
In the Organizational Climate and Culture Survey (ECCO) 2020 of the Federal Public Administration, a participation index of 95% and a satisfaction rate of 88% were obtained.
The staff evaluation was carried out in the 2020 period, with a "360° evaluation.” This allowed identifying, in a transparent and objective way, the competencies inherent to the position of each collaborator in order to detect their strengths and work in their areas of opportunity in order to grow and develop professionally. Results help us set development goals and training courses.
In this exercise, 530 reviews were undertaken, with the following segmented competencies being evaluated.
In this year 2020, the Recruitment area had a total of 33 admissions considering contingency posts
Due to the current health situation, part of the recruitment began remotely, interviewing and evaluating the staff from a distance, seeking to adapt the process with alternative tools without interrupting the continuity of the processes.
