For its part, the Telephone Contact Center, through phone number 800-EXPORTA, answered 1,576 calls, those specific to financial products and services, such as the PyMEX Credit, Letters of Credit, and International Factoring standing out.

It is important to mention that, as of October 7, 2020, the Marketing and Business Positioning Directorate is in charge of the Call Center administration.
