Social Responsibility (Volunteering)

In the February 24, 2020 session, the Bancomext Board of Directors authorized the continuation of the Positive Leadership and Social Responsibility Program to strengthen competencies in Bancomext, which seeks to carry out community actions, altruistic or pro bono work, that seek to improve the competencies of Bancomext leaders, the organizational climate, social responsibility and raise awareness about the importance of sustainability. During 2020, due to COVID-19 contingency restrictions, various programmed activities were suspended, as most required in-person volunteer participation. Those carried out in the year are described below.

Permanent environmental awareness program

28 audiovisual materials were published in internal digital media

Training program for "Young People Building the Future"

Bancomext, hand in hand with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, joins one of the most relevant programs of the Federal Government, the Youth Building the Future project, whose main objective is to equip boys and girls who do not study or work.
