All personal information gathered will be protected, and incorporated and handled within the CENTRO DE CONTACTO BANCOMEXT personal data system, in accordance with the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the Secretariat of Economy and published in the Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) in January 2013. The purpose of the system is to respond directly, through the channels for providing services, to the doubts and/or comments expressed by those initiating consultations. The system was registered with the Federal Institute of Access to Public Information, to be included on the List of personal data systems. The information may be transmitted to departments within Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior (BANCOMEXT) associated with the consultations, for the purpose of responding to specific inquiries received through the institution’s website (bancomext.com), by email or by telephone, in addition to other transmissions stipulated in the Law.
