Attracting Talent
In 2018, the Human Resources Directorate adopted the methodology of replacement grills for selecting the internal staff that would fill the vacant positions. This seeks to promote staff development and generate a culture of commitment and sense of belonging. Equally important, recruitment processes have also been carried out in order to incorporate talent into the organization, bringing new visions and innovative ideas.

Training
Likewise, the master's degree in finance began in a closed group within the Bank, entrusted to Universidad Anáhuac, with the participation of 28 public servants (14 officers and 14 operatives). The selection of this group of collaborators resulted from a process open to the Bank community and was entrusted to the National Mixed Commission for Training, Training and Vocational Training, formed in a bipartite manner by the Upper Management and the Syndicate.

Additionally, 16 collaborators credits were supported with educational to study master, bachelor or diploma degrees.
The Human Resources Directorate carried out the 2018 Training Plan with the purpose of promoting and strengthening knowledge in topics of institutional interest, derived from the implementation of the various government programs that require the involvement and participation of Bancomext public servants. It also carried out an analysis of the training needs of the various areas within the Institution, in order to integrate the training program for 2019. During 2018, various training requests were covered, with the following general results:
