In the last quarter, a page dedicated to Small and Medium Export Companies (PYMEX) was created, with 84,303 visits, highlighting visits to:
- PYMEX credit with 42,466 visits.
- Financial education with 3,697 visits.
- Letters of Credit with 3,092 visits.
- International factoring 1,937 visits.
For its part, the Telephone Contact Center answered 1,904 calls, highlighting SME Credit, Letters of Credit and International Factoring as the most requested.
