Francisco N. González Díaz
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and another one in Business Administration from the University of Texas. His professional experience spans over 20 years committed to the growth of the country. In the private sector participated actively as an entrepreneur in the sectors of biotechnology and nutrition, as well as in banking and finance.
Within the public sector, highlights its participation as Chief of Protocol of the Uruguay GATT Round. He also served as Director of innovation and quality of Nacional Financiera and Deputy Director General of Strategic Planning in the Ministry of the Interior.
Francisco N.Gonzalez has extensive experience in promoting Mexico abroad. Since 2002, he has held important positions related to this task; among them, he served as Ambassador of the United Mexican States to the Federal Republic of Germany; Regional Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa of Promexico and Commercial counselor for Germany, Central and Eastern Europe at Bancomext.
In the academic field, he has served as Professor of Finance at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
He has given master conferences at institutions of international relevance. Also in 2004 was decorated with the with the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Fernando Hoyo Oliver
Deputy General Director, Small Business Development
Law degree from Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM), with specialized studies at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Served as Deputy General Director at the Mexican Agency for International Development Assistance and the Deputy General Director for International Economic Promotion at the Secretariat of Foreign Relations. Has also served as Bancomext’s Commercial Advisor in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Miguel Siliceo Valdespino
Deputy General Director, Financing
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, with graduate studies at the University of London.
Following an extensive period of time in the foreign credit department at the Secretariat of Finance and Public Health (SHCP), has served as the Deputy General Director of Finances at Bancomext, and the General Administration Director at Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos (Banobras).
Appointed Deputy General Director of Financing at Bancomext on March 1, 2013.
Miguel Ángel Ochoa Salas
Deputy General Director, Credit
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM).
Responsible for the Fund for Industrial Fixed Assets (FONEI) at Banco de México (Central Bank), and held positions such as the Assistant Director of Discount and Guarantee Programs and Credit Director at Nacional Financiera. Served as the Technical Director for the Deputy General Director’s Office for Credit at Bancomext, and fulfilled these functions under the compatibility scheme since 2007.

Jorge Mauricio Di Sciullo Ursini
Deputy General Director, Legal and Fiduciary
Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac.
Served as Executive Legal Corporate Director at Grupo Financiero Serfin, and later, Executive Director of Legal Advisory Services during the merging of this financial group and the Santander Bank. Served as Deputy General Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Grupo Financiero Scotiabank.

Juan Carlos Téllez Girón Barrón
Deputy General Director, Administration and Finance
Graduated in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana AC, with specialization courses at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
He has a trajectory of 25 years in the federal public administration mainly at Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior and later in ProMéxico, where he held the positions of Executive Director of Institutional Events, Executive Director of Support and Services and Head of the Support Unit and Institutional Relations.
